Terms of Service for "IconicAI" – Facebook & Instagram Messaging Bot App

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using IconicAI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App enables users to connect their Facebook and Instagram accounts to read and send Instagram messages via Meta's platform APIs. You must comply with all applicable Meta Platform Terms, including Facebook and Instagram's terms and policies.
3. User Obligations
You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for any content you send or receive through the App and must comply with all applicable laws and platform rules.
You must not use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities, including spam, harassment, or unauthorized access to data.
4. Data and Privacy
The App will access your Instagram messages and related data only as necessary to provide its features.
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Meta's data policies.
You must not share your login credentials with others or use the App to collect credentials of other users.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content belong to Iconic Enterprises or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
6. Security
You must not attempt to interfere with the App's operation or security.
Report any vulnerabilities to support@iconicenterprises.com as required by Meta's platform terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Iconic Enterprises is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App, including message content or third-party actions.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or any applicable law or policy.
You may stop using the App at any time.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
